Refund and return policy – RingeRaya.com

If things don't go to plan, contact us and we will try to make things right for you. This policy does not limit your statutory rights to withdraw or rights you may have in relation to incorrect, damaged or defective goods.

Refund

Please submit a request for a return or a refund promptly. Place your request for a return or refund within 14 days of delivery. If, for some reason, an item is not delivered, submit your request for a refund within 14 days of the most recent estimated date of delivery. We have no obligation to consider a request placed outside 14 days of the date of delivery or the latest estimated date of arrival. Shipping cost has to be paid by the clients.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order within 8 hours of the time you placed it (Same Day Cancellation). You can also withdraw from a purchase at any time between the time of purchase and 14 days of receipt of the item. If purchased items have been shipped before Ringeraya.com receives a cancellation, you are responsible for the costs of return shipping.

Return and shipping 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@ringeraya.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

This is not my order 

If you receive an item that is damaged, not the size or color you ordered, or not reasonably consistent with the item listing, you are eligible for a refund. We may request some evidence of the issue - typically just a photo or two. You can return any items, except Excluded Items, within 14 days of receiving the item. Excluded Items include DVDs or software or personal health and hygiene products, such as creams, lotions and other topicals, where the seal has been broken.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Never received my order 

If you don't receive an item you ordered, you are eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 14 days of the most recent estimated date of delivery.

Return of Funds 

Ringeraya.com has to approves a return or cancellation or withdrawal and ( in certain cases) confirms the return of the item, Ringeraya.com will return the amount of the purchase and the standard shipping fees. Any fees for special or expedited shipping will not be refunded and (as described above) in some cases the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Refuse any refund if it in good faith suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of the Terms of use.

Limit customer support and refunds for abuse of these services or violations of the Terms of use.

Limit purchase activity in the services if it in good faith suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of the Terms of use.
